Give us some advice on how people can take care of their mental health? Because of Mental Health Awareness, the first step is positively to educate yourself. The next step is to talk to someone you trust whether a friend, a family member, or a colleague who can help. Another step is to look after your physical health; taking care of your physical health helps improve your mental health and well-being. Be active for 15 to 30 minutes daily, whether walking, running, yoga, dancing, or cycling, and eat healthily and getplenty of sleep.
