GRAND VALLEY STATE POLE VAULT
Coach lou started coaching the pole vault full-‐time at Grand Valley State in 2001. Lou is a 10’2” vaulter in college that has learned the technique and training to put together a detailed system of teaching the vault. Lou graduated from Bulter University with a degree in secondary education. He taught and coached part-‐time in Indianapolis and Cincinnati for five years before moving to Allendale to. In 2006 lou was named Associate Head Coach for the GVSU track & field program. Andreadis was named the 2 012 USTFCCCA Women's Assistant Coach of the Year after Kristen Hixson won both the indoor and outdoor pole vault national championship and Jocelyn Kuksa finished second (outdoor) and third (indoor) at the NCAA Division I winningI National Championships.
Andreadis has coached two pole vaulters to seven total NCAA Division II National Championship performances. Bryant Wilson won the indoor and outdoor event in both 2007 and 2008, while Kristen Hixson won both the indoor and outdoor events in 2012 as well as setting the NCAA D2 record winning the 2014 outdoor championship.
