Yoga to Strengthen and Tone NEW!
This class will focus on total-body strengthening, balance, flexibility, and toning. Using our own body weight as resistance, combined with high-repetition exercises and holding poses longer, we will work to strengthen and define our muscles, and improve flexibility. SUPPLIES: Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks and yoga strap (if you have them), and bottled water. There will be blocks and straps available for you to use if you do not have these items. Zumba® Gold with Toning
The Zumba® Gold Toning program combines dance cardio with enticing world rhythms, danced to various genres such as Cha Cha, Mambo, Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Tango, Belly Dance, and more. With strength training techniques, this class creates an easy to follow, health-boosting, dance-fitness program for the young at heart. Beginners welcome! Using weights, you will build strength and tone all the target zones. Cardio dance portion is 40 minutes. The strength portion is 10 - 15 minutes, then a cool down/stretch.
