Joint Care Group Meeting Resolving Everyday Conflict

This January, care groups will restart with an opportunity for everyone to invite others to share life together. Everyone in a care group and those wanting to or considering being in a care group is invited to meet in Buchanan Hall on Sunday, January 27th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. There we will open with prayer, enjoy some refreshments, understand what interest and groups we will have for the spring semester and start into a new study, Resolving Everyday Conflicts. Resolving Everyday Conflict is an eight-week DVD study that unpacks the amazing things the Bible has to say about conflict and relationships. Throughout this study, you’ll find the powerful and practical answers you are looking for as you dig into topics such as: when to overlook an offense, the root cause of conflict, what makes a good apology, what forgiveness really means, how to deal with difficult people, and much more. With God’s help, Resolving Everyday Conflict will forever change how conflict looks in your life. Please contact Kelli or Guy DeLeonardo with any questions.

A New Year has begun.... Lose It For Life is not about dieting. It’s not about exercising. There are no quick fixes, magic diets, or promises of a thin body. Losing the weight and keeping it off may have more to do with changing what you’re thinking and feeling at any given moment than what you’re eating or whether you’re in a regular exercise program. Lose It For Life is about creating a lifestyle of permanent weight management that emphasizes the whole you: your spirit, mind, body and emotions.
