Senza essere posate ne piatti, questi oggetti, evocano in noi un modo molto più intuitivo di mangiare, e attribuiscono nuovi valori al nostro cibo. Trasformano l’atto di nutrirsi in un momento di piena attenzione, gratitudine e piacere. Forme organiche ci invitano a usare ognuno di questi oggetti in maniera personale. Diventano un’estensione delle nostre mani e dita, avvicinandoci letteralmente a ciò che mangiamo. In a world where the food system is so complicated that I no longer know where my food comes from and how it is produced, I feel the longing for a new relationship with what we eat. Not being cutlery nor plates, these tools evoke in us a more intuitive way of eating, giving new values to our food. They transform the act of eating into a moment of full attention, gratefulness and pleasure. The organic shapes invite us to use the tools in our own, singular way.
