GIFT WRAPPING

HOW TO WRAP YOUR PRESENTS WITH Beautiful Fabric

Nothing says Christmas more than beautifully wrapped presents under the Christmas tree, but before they get there, Santa's elves need to shop and wrap them before the big day. If you need a helping hand on wrapping your gifts this year, Santa's little helpers have an easy guide to help you wrap your presents a little more sustainably this year by using leftover fabric or scarves you plan to gift.

HOW TO WRAP WITH A BOW

Recommended fabric size - 4 x the size of the gift. A square piece of fabric is ideal.

1) Place your gift in the centre of the fabric, ensure the edges of the package are perpendicular to the edges of the fabric.

2) Fold the bottom side of the fabric up and over the side of the gift.

3) Hold the left corner in place and wrap the top right corner of the fabric over the gift and hold in place. 4) Crease the fabric along the top and bottom edges of the gift on the left side and pull taut while pressing down on the top of the gift with your other hand. 5) Bring the left folded edge over the top of the gift and hold it in place. Repeat the process on the right side.

6) Tie the ends into a bow to secure the fabric.

You can use a range of fabrics from scarves, old t-shirts, fat quatres and more, it is a fun and unique way to wrap your gifts this season.
