As the center's first marketing and communications director, Kelly facilitated the career center's brand redesign. Her efforts resulted in an increase in awareness of the center's offerings and successes to better inform our constitutents.
Erin partnered with DC Ad Club, Georgetown Advertising & Marketing Association, faculty and alumni to host Marketing Week before welcoming Baby Ferree, returning to a new role as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations.

Matt increased the response rate for the Class of 2013 First Destination Survey by 11% over the previous year by using e-mail testing to maximize effectiveness of the survey's e-mail marketing campaign.
Allynn developed new and diverse employer partnerships, resulting in more than 30 new companies participating in our oncampus interview program. She also received the Ignatian Care Award for demonstrating Jesuit values in her work.

Rebecca led more than 30 workshops for over 800 students to help them navigate the on-campus interview program. Many of these students secured full-time or internship positions.
Martha accomplished a long-held dream when she completed her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, concentrating on Social & Public Policy here at Georgetown in May 2014.

Katie is our resident expert on international job searches and campus collaborator extraordinaire, partnering with over 20 student groups last year.

Allison organized a valuable Pre-Med Lunch & Learn for career center staff and academic administrators from across schools, to share resources, increase communication and build relationships.
Yirgea helped 26 students in need find professional attire for their interviews and career fair attendance through our "Career Closet" program.

Victoria co-chaired the 2014 National Association of Pre-Law Advisors Conference. She wrote curricula, attended board meetings, and secured funding for the conference from 15 West Coast law schools.
Greg transitioned the student walk-in sign up model to an online system; streamlining the process, improving student access and satisfaction, and increasing total walk-in sign-ups by nearly 10%.
