PRIORITY HEALTH UPDATE- NEW ID CARDS NATIONWIDE VISITS

New member ID cards will be re-issued to all current Priority Health members in April. The new member ID cards will include updated pharmacy information including a new BIN#. Members will receive an email to let them know a new ID card is on the way to mitigate any confusion, and it will be important for members to replace their current ID card with the new one Further, Express Scripts is working to notify pharmacies of the BIN# change to help alleviate any issues when members pick up prescriptions.

When members receive their new cards, they may also notice a new Priority Health logo that coincides with the Corewell Health rebranding of Spectrum Health. Rebranding updates will roll out in a phased approach over the next year.
