The Human Resources Development (HRD) program at GTCC can provide the guidance and assistance for which you seek. The HRD program provides assessment services, employability skills training, and career development counseling to the unemployed, underemployed, individual in transition, and the emerging workforce. It not only provides instruction, but also provides the necessary support for unemployed and dislocated workers within the college service areas.
