SPECIAL INTEREST Wedding Planning and Directing Part 1 This course is designed to help you learn the details of planning a wedding. You will receive instruction in setting a time line, etiquette, budget responsibilities, rehearsal, & elegance in style. Special emphasis will be placed on how to direct a wedding. Course Code: CSP4000-NC1 Date: January 26-March 1, Tuesdays, 6p-8p Location: CEC-Con Ed Center, Greensboro Campus Room #: 225 Instructor: S. Sharpe Cost: $60 Wedding Planning and Directing Part 2 This course is a continuation of Wedding Planning & Directing Part One. You will receive instructions in starting an event planning business, client and vendor communication, ceremony direction, reception management, and event design and production. Special emphasis will be placed on Day-of- Management. Optional field trips (weekends) will be placed throughout the course at actual weddings to provide real world experiences and to compliment classroom instruction. Completion of Wedding Planning & Directing Part 1 is required in order to take this course. Seyni Cost: $65 Life Coaching 2-Mobilizing the Coachee This course is a continuation of “How to Become a Life Coach" and will mobilize the Coachee to seek to understand and unlock their coaching potential; all while mentoring coaching, coaching for purpose and enabling client transformation. Students should completed "How to Become a Life Coach" or similar experience.

Basic Dog Training This class is designed to socialize the puppy with other humans and dogs, train basic obedience commands, learn appropriate fun activities/ exercises, and teach owners what it takes to be a Responsible dog owner. Participants will receive a packet of information covering the importance of vet care, quality foods, tips on teaching basic commands, games, problem solving and what behaviors to expect as the puppy matures to adulthood. Upon completion of the 6 week course, owners and their puppies should pass the 10 item AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Certification. There is a $10 filing fee for the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program to receive your Medal and puppy packet. Course Code: CSP-4000- GD1 Date: April 2-May 7, Saturday, 9a-10a Location: T1- Continuing Education Offices, Jamestown Extension Campus Room #: 117 Instructor: L. Kiser Cost: $65 Intermediate Dog Training By the end of this course, owners and their dogs will be strengthen in basic obedience commands through distractions in public settings, learning and execution of new commands, able to perform basic commands at a distance, recall, and more proficient of loose leash walking. Successful completion of course will receive a certificate. Course Code: CSP-4000- GF1 Date: April 2-May 7, Saturday, 10a-11a Location: T1- Continuing Education Offices, Jamestown Extension Campus Room #: 117 Instructor: L. Kiser Cost: $65 Beginning Fly Fishing This beginning class is designed to cover the basics of fishing with a fly rod- casting, knot tying, equipment, presentation, fly identification, entomology, and information on fly fishing opportunities locally and abroad. While we will cover all the previously mentioned areas, we will practice the various elements of fly casting every session. It will be necessary to have a rod and reel to use for the class. To conclude the class, we will have a 1 day field trip (Saturday) you will need a valid NC comprehensive fishing license.
