ADULT EDUCATION English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) For adults whose first language is not English, ESOL classes provide instruction in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Class levels range from basic to advanced. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and citizenship classes are also available. The program also offers family literacy classes where parents and children learn together "under one roof."
