Water Jet Operator (BSSW) (FT)
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years prior experience in waterjet set-up/operation. Experience with other sheet metal and plate fabrication preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Forklift license and overhead crane permits (company trained). Ability to conduct postwaterjet operations (deburring, polishing, etc.) -Wages commensurate with experience.

Welders 1st & 2nd Shift (BSSW) (FT)
Welding experience, MIL-STD Certifications for Armor Grade Steel. An understanding of inches, metrics, fractions, and decimal places. A High School Diploma or equivalent. 3 yrs minimum experience or training -Wages commensurate with experience.
Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) (BSSW) (FT)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Metal Processing, Machining, Laser/PLAS, Fabrication with knowledge of Welding and Painting. -Wages commensurate with experience.

All the automotive repair technicians are State of Michigan Certified with a combined experience of over 60 years.
