2008 (true freshman): Redshirted.... joined the team after classes began in August. High School: Norcross HS... earned two varsity letters in football... played for coach Keith Maloof... helped lead Norcross to regional championships in 2006 and 2007... named to the 2007 Gwinnett County all-star team... broke three school records that had stood since 1956 --- field goals made in a season (12 in 2006), PATs in a season (42 in 2006), field goals in one game (3 in 2007 vs. Northview)... kicked a 47-yard field goal with 20 seconds left to put the game into triple-overtime in 2006... served as executive vice-president of the student council... a member of the honor roll.

2011 (junior): Played in one game, seeing brief action in the season opener against Western Carolina.
High School: Eagle’s Landing HS… joined Tech as a preferred walk-on for the 2012 season… was a first team all-region (4-AAA) pick as a punter in 2010 and 2011 and was a second team all-region selection as a quarterback in 2011… holds his school’s career record for passing yards (3,650) and set the single-season record for passing yards (1,542) in 2011.
