It was announced in July 2014 that Roberts will remain on scholarship at Georgia Tech but is medically disqualified... emerged as a key player on the offensive line as a redshirt freshman last season... continued to work his way up the depth chart and eventually took over starting duties at right tackle in late October... suffered a head injury Nov. 14 at Clemson and missed the rest of the season... a good student who made the Dean’s List and the ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2013 (redshirt freshman): Played in eight games and made three starts... came off the bench early in the season until taking over starting duties at right tackle at Virginia (Oct. 26)... missed the final three games of the season with an injury... helped Georgia Tech rank sixth nationally in rushing offense and tied for ninth in fewest sacks allowed. 2012 (true freshman): Redshirted.
