William Elliott Colley, Jr., ChE, has received his master's degree in chemical engineering from Drexel Institute of Technology, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Robert D. Lilly served as an F-100 Super Sabre pilot with the 21st Tactical Fighter Wing at Tuy Hoa AB, Vietnam. Maj. William B. Mason, IM, has been awarded the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service. Lt. Col. Robert Morrison, EE, has assumed command of the 2nd Battalion of the 1st Air Cavalry Division's 19th Artillery. Lt. Col. Robert W. Noce, Chem., has graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in Washington, D.C. Col. Noce has been assigned as commanding officer of 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry of the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam.
