Carter, Jr., IM '51, of Valdosta, Georgia, has become the first representative of a local agency of the Hartford Fire Insurance Company Group to qualify for the President's Club of the Hartford affiliate, the Columbian National Life Insurance Company. As a member of the President's Club, Carter, manager of the Roberts Insurance Agency of Valdosta, will attend the Club's 1960 conference in July. He has also qualified as an associate member of the Hartford's Life Producers Club, this year.
