Updates From The Dean - Issue 5

Thank you for participating in the survey generated from the listening sessions. We had 93 faculty and staff complete the survey with the results shown below. The COSM leadership team will use these results to help guide our work in the coming weeks and months. One of the first steps will be the generation of action items that begin to move the needle on the issues. We cannot address everything, but we can start checking some items off the list. The results provide two data points: 1) the count of times an item was selected by a survey participant and 2) the percentage of survey participants who selected an item. For example, 56 of the 93 survey participants or 60% of survey participants included “collegiality of faculty and staff” in their top 5 items that are working well in COSM or departments.
