COSM Kudos - Issue 35

Congratulations to Dr. Heidi Eisenreich (Department of Mathematical Sciences) on receiving a Faculty Service Award.

Dr. Eisenreich will be using her award to teach a two-part engaging workshop at the Statesboro YMCA designed to empower parents with hands-on mathematics strategies for supporting K-2 learners at home. This interactive community event will introduce you to essential math manipulatives and practical techniques to enhance your child's mathematical understanding. In addition, each participating parent will receive a free math manipulatives kit. The class schedule is as follows:

• Part 1: Monday, December 2, 5:30-7:00 PM

• Part 2: Monday, December 9, 5:30-7:00 PM
