Our next meeting is on the Tuesday 14th March, as usual it will be held in the Masonic Hall Collier Street at 7.30pm. This month we will be having our AGM which will be followed by a talk on the “The Building of the Forth Road Bridge“ by one of our members, Bob Duncanson. This should be a very interesting talk, so please come and join us and enjoy the AGM followed by this our speaker .

The Museum continues to open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10.30am till 4pm. We stock a wide range of books and pamphlets about Johnstone and the surrounding area also a variety of other books. These can also be purchased online at johnstonehistory.org and paid via PayPal. In the Museum we now have a card machine which makes payment very easy. In January we had a very successful Fish Supper night for members and friends, this is a very popular night in our calendar and this year after fish suppers were enjoyed we had a quiz compiled by Willie Bishop one of our members. The evening was rounded of with a raffle which helps raise money for the running of the Museum .
