Tesla announced their plan to invest in a new Gigafactory, the biggest facility in the world, in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon. With a $4.5 billion dollars investment, it is planned to produce 1 million electric cars per year.

National

Home Depot

Home Depot, the U.S. home goods retailer, has announced an investment of $185 million dollars in Mexico. This is a national plan to open their 150th store in the country. The number of jobs that will be created hadn’t been disclosed yet.
