With contingent search agreements, we work closely together to understand your needs and timelines.

We get paid only when we secure the individual for hire which you have selected. GRN Coastal is reimbursed only upon the successful completion of the search, which is when the candidate accepts the position. In any case, the fee is always paid by the hiring company.

RETAINED SEARCH OUR SUCCESS FORMULA

Typically, fee payments are made based on a mutually agreed-upon installment plan. These searches are executed on an exclusive basis with GRN Coastal.

This type of search is when our client has an urgent need to fill a high-level position. In this case we apply an up-front, mutually agreedupon retainer and apply the resources of our office and network towards rapidly filling the position.

We have developed a service that is the first of its kind in the industry, the GRN Coastal Talent Marketplace, an industry specific web portal which can rapidly bring employers and skilled job seekers together.

This service allows employers to view the credentials of vetted, qualified job seekers from across the industry.

We work with many top candidates each year yet all of them can’t be hired. These talented individuals are then added to the Talent Marketplace.

There is a small flat fee associated with our service and it is only due upon successful hire of a candidate. There are no other associated fees.

Save time and skip posting a job opening, visit the Talent Marketplace first to see who is already available in your market. If you find someone that looks promising, we’ll send you their contact information and resume.

COLLEGE HIRE

When it comes to recruiting recent college graduates, many of today’s recruitment practices simply aren’t fit for this purpose. Talented, motivated graduates are often screened out of the selection process based on lack of work experience.

Because of this, we have developed the entry-level College Hire Program, which is part of our Talent Marketplace initiative.

This program was developed with students, for students and is built upon developing college relationships.

What makes us unique is that we are not a database company that forwards dozens of college resumes to companies for a fee, or a company that only posts jobs on job boards. We put the graduate through our recruitment process and then partner with companies that are recruiting for a real, specific role. This process has resulted in a cost saving model which makes it very affordable to hire a college graduate.
