Insert the Sheet Shim 0.5 (thin metal spacer) on the body untill it rests against the stop. Insert the adaptor ring RSH (Shimano) or RC2 (Campagnolo) with the “dot” towards the outside of the wheel. Insert MTK intermediate sprocket (PxxMTK) with the engraved number towards the wheel. Insert the spacer DS3.3 (Shimano) or spacer DS3.5 (Campagnolo) Repeat this for the next 6 sprockets. Insert the Sheet Shim 0.5 (thin metal spacer) on the body untill it rests against the sprocket. Insert the 1e position sprocket to fit the 2e postion sprocket PS111S (Shimano) or PS111C (Campagnolo) Pour some Loctite 243 on the thread of the lockring. Screw down the lock ring with the Shimano or Campagnolo toothed tool. The maximum torque to be used is 40Nm.

Insert MTK intermediate sprocket (PxxMTK) with the engraved number towards the wheel. Insert the spacer DS2,9 (Shimano) or spacer DS3 (Campagnolo) Insert the anti-flex shim (FL9Z21-24) before sprockets 21 to 24 and/or anti-flex shim (FL9Z25-30) before sprockets 24 to 30 Repeat this for the next 7 sprockets. Insert the adaptor ring RC2 (Campagnolo) with the “dot” towards the outside of the wheel. Insert the 1e position sprocket to fit the 2e postion sprocket PS111S (Shimano) or PS111C (Campagnolo) Pour some Loctite 243 on the thread of the lockring. Insert the LM-40-34.7-1 (thin metal spacer) on the body until it rests against the stop. Inserts the modified sprocket(bended) in the splined body until it rests against the stop (PSLxxS10U) Insert the metal spacer (AN-43-35-1.9) Insert the anti-flex shim (FL10S21-24) before sprockets 21 to 24 and/or anti-flex shim (FL10S25-30) before sprockets 24 to 30.(fig.1) Insert MTK intermediate sprocket (PxxMTK) with the engraved number towards the wheel. Insert the MTK spacer (DLXXXS) (fig.2) Repeat this for the next 6 sprockets. Insert the 2e position sprocket (9e sprocket) with the engraved number towards the wheel (P2xxSMTK). Insert the 1e position sprocket to fit the 2e position sprocket (P1xxMTK). (fig.3) Pour some Loctite 243 on the thread of the lock ring. Screw down the lock ring with the Shimano toothed tool. The maximum torque to be used is 40Nm.
When installing the 11 teeth sprocket the 1e en 2e position sprockets PS111S10 and PS212CS10 replace the P1xxMTK en P2xxSMTK sprockets

Insert the 1e position sprocket to fit the 2e postion sprocket (P1xxMTK). (fig.3) Pour some Loctite 243 on the thread of the lockring. Screw down the lock ring with the Shimano toothed tool. The maximum torque to be used is 40Nm.

Attention The 11 speed cassette bends (through the more bended PSLxx11C sprocket) more towards the wheel/spokes of the rear wheel. In some cases the supplied LMO.25 spacer has to be inserted before fitting the PSLxx11C sprocket to free some space and preventing the chain to hit the spokes when using the PSLxx11C sprocket.
When installing the 11 teeth sprocket the 1e en 2e position sprockets PS111C en PS112C replace the P1xxMTK and P2cxxMTK
