An LLC bought a 4,675-square-foot, full-floor penthouse pad at the Jean Nouvel–designed condominium 100 11th Avenue for $19.4 million. The four- bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit comes with a 4,400-squarefoot terrace. A unit dubbed the Chelsea Skyhouse sold for $8.2 million at 213 West 23rd Street, between Seventh and Eighth avenues. The penthouse condo is 6,000 square feet and has five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Paul Johnson sold the residence, which has a 30-foot atrium and six private terraces. French fashion designer Thierry Mugler sold his two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment at the Chelsea Atelier, at 245 Seventh Avenue, between 24th and 25th streets. The condominium sold for $7.9 million.

Funny man David Javerbaum, a 12-time Emmy Award–winning comedy writer, sold his 2,580-square-foot condo unit at the Yves Chelsea, at 127 Seventh Avenue at West 18th Street, for $3.9 million.
