Single or Double 10 Gauge Mild Steel Single or Double Bunks The single jail bunk has a pan of 10-gauge mild steel built to withstand years of use and abuse. Each pan size and specification is the same as on the double bunk. Single bunk units are shipped knocked down by G2, with field assembly required. All joints are welded and ground smooth. The finish is a chemical degreaser and a rust-inhibitive primer or powder coat finish.

The Detention Bench tops are made of 12 Gauge Stainless Steel with a 1 ½” flange and a #3 brushed finish. 2” Diameter schedule 40 Stainless steel pedestals are welded to a Stainless mounting plate on the underside of the Bench Top. Handcuff rings are optional and are made of Stainless Steel 3/8” Rod and solidly welded to the front/back or both sides of each pedestal if desired. Stainless Steel Sinks Stainless Steel Sink Table This intensive use detention infirmary lab sink table is ideal for medical staging areas and prep work, as well as instrument cleaning and storage in the medical ward. Solid stainless construction is corrosion resistant and easy to clean for removal of germs and does not promote growth of bacteria. The frame is fully TIG welded, the sink is welded into the top, and all parts are welded together for a single piece design. All edges are ground smooth for safety and a clean finish. Stainless Steel Cart and Intensive Use Accessories STAINLESS STEEL UTILITY CART Our Intensive Use Detention Utility Cart is designed for heavy use and built to provide a cleaner and stronger alternative to flimsy molded plastic carts. The 304 stainless steel material provides unsurpassed strength, helps deter the growth of bacteria, and is highly corrosion resistant. Fully welded, single piece construction means no broken parts, warping, or cracking like cheaper materials. The double pan design allows for separate storage of food and utensils on top and bottom compartments. Heavy-Duty casters provide a smooth ride during transport of items and the two rear casters have locks and swivel for better control. Some options offered include drain plugs in storage pans for easy draining after cleaning and rinsing the storage divider grids for separation of food items or utensils.
