STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRX Training with the TRX improves your core strength, joint stability, balance and metabolism. Over the course of 13 weeks, participants will progress through weekly 90 minute workouts that use the spin bikes, core training and stretching techniques in order to improve all aspects of overall fitness. Participants begin this program by having their baseline fitness measured and can monitor their weekly progress. A final fitness test is administered on the last class so participants can see

Led by Dovercourt’s prenatal fitness experts, a focus will be on strengthening the core and pelvic floor. The exercises taught in this class will focus on restoring proper alignment to the spine and pelvis while offering parents a safe place to connect and get fit with baby nearby.
