Q&A WITH

JENI BRITTON

MY COLUMBUS

Q A Q A

What’s your favorite thing about Columbus?

My favorite thing about Columbus is the Metro Parks. I love them in every season; every single day is different. Some favorites are Chestnut Ridge, Clear Creek and Highbanks.

What are some of your favorite flavors of summer?

I love summer. I love sunshine. I made two flavors inspired by it — Sunshine, which is gray in color, but tastes like the sun: blood orange, passion fruit, lemon and buttermilk. And one inspired by the warmth of the sun called Golden Nectar, which tastes like vanilla, clove and ylang ylang.

Q A

Where do you draw inspiration for your work?

I am an ice cream lover. I never make a new idea in my office or the test kitchen. It always happens while I’m eating ice cream or craving it.
