Mossbourne Community Academy opened its Sixth Form Centre in September 2009.

The sixth form continues the tradition of academic excellence and innovative teaching for which Mossbourne has received national recognition. The Clivebourne Sixth Form Centre is housed in a state-of-the-art facility that includes an outside terrace, lecture theatre and a suite of seminar rooms. Students have access to study and social areas, enabling them to work independently whilst accessing the best technological and teaching facilities available. Mossbourne has a history of excellence – we have been described by Ofsted as an ‘outstanding’ school, and ‘within that category, exceptional.’ We offer an extensive range of AS and A2 subjects, incorporating courses in arts, humanities, sciences and mathematics. Students in the sixth form are able to participate in a wide range of extra-curricular enrichment activities including Duke of Edinburgh, sporting, musical and cultural events.
