1. Big Boy Roadside Assist is subject to activated warranty and service scheduled being adhered to. 2. Big Boy Roadside Assist is VIN number related and is transferable from the 1st owner as long as the service schedule is up to date at time of sale. 3. Big Boy Roadside Assist is not available for commercial customers unless previously arranged. Big Boy reserve the right to retain ownership of the vehicle pending payment in the event of: • The vehicle having not been serviced in accordance with recommended service intervals rendering the 1 Year Roadside Assistance void. • The vehicle being delivered to a dealer and found to be in working order. Big Boy however does not require the purchaser to be in possession of a valid drivers licence at anytime during or after sale. It is the owner’s responsibility to comply with the law.
