ALICE — Their faces may have been red, their legs a bit wobbly, but there were plenty of smiles Thursday[Sept 15th] among the nearly 2,200 cyclists riding in the 29th annual Cycle Oregon. The seven-day, 400-mile journey began in Myrtle Creek, where it will end on Saturday. On Thursday afternoon, Merlin-Galice Road was swarming s with bikers, some in pairs, some on o their own, as they pedaled toward their overnight o destination, Indian Mary Park near n Galice. ~ continued, page 10
