Inspired by Grand Cayman’s natural environment of clear blue waters and white sandy beaches, the new color palette of blues, sand, and wood tones brings a sense of ease and calm. The incorporation of beautiful materials, such as white marble and pale oak, adds a touch of sophistication, contributing to an overall harmonious space.

Sea is the symbol of calmness, peace, spirituality and emotional balance. The moving sea waves know a lot about your inner feelings. The sea mainly symbolizes your calm mind, fluctuating emotions and internal strength.

Imagine waking up and enjoying a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee and a homemade croissant while sitting on the deck and staring into the sparkling turquoise ocean. Or getting up to do a gentle morning yoga session by the sea as you observe the surrounding nature and breathe in the salty breeze. There are so many ways that you can begin your day in paradise. At our Grab & Go station, we offer a yummy spread of baked pastries, freshly-crafted juices and sweet and savoury crepes, plus our own exclusive A&D coffee blend, crafted in collaboration with a locally-based distributor.

For those guests who want to stay in and enjoy Anchor & Den’s vibrant ambiance, we provide a wholesome breakfast buffet that features hot and cold offerings, our signature omelet station and so much more. Also, we offer a la carte menu for those who are craving something more specific. Starting your day off right has never been easier!

We love spending lazy afternoons basking in the glorious Caribbean sunshine, with the smell of coconut sun tan lotion evoking the feeling of summer. This fragrance always takes us back to that perfect moment, with the stunning view of the cool ocean playfully calling you in. At our Summer House, it is our mission to make sure that our guests are loving their time in the sea and sun!

We know that finding the idyllic spot to relax and reconnect is a major part of the ultimate Summer House experience. Our amazing hosts are here to help you find the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your day by the sea, whether you choose to dive into a good book or listen to your favorite tunes. Once you are situated, they will offer you freshly pressed towels and help you set up your sun lounger and umbrella. Plus, if you crave a bite or a drink, they will offer you snacks and cocktails to savor right from the comfort of your chair.

As the sun sets at our Summer House, experience Happy Hour at our oceanfront Vista Bar – the perfect vantage point to conclude your day in paradise. Our Kids Club program is filled with fantastic activities designed for our junior guests, aged 5–12. Our experienced Kid Club team has curated activities for the little ones to enjoy, including exciting competition games, slumber parties, imaginative projects, and thrilling scavenger hunts.

When the sun finally sinks into the sea, the sky reveals picture-perfect pastels painted across the closing dusk. The transition from day to dusk is a grand performance that offers its audience something different each night. We give it a standing ovation every single time. At our Summer House, the sunset is sacred. Luckily for us we get to witness the beauty of the sunset all the time. We adore these last few moments of the day. It is the perfect opportunity for us to feel, absorb and be grateful.

Additionally, our small retail space showcases products offered during the treatments and other wellbeing items such as incense, candles, tinctures, and teas.
