Calm Be with You Megumi Miki
Megumi Miki started her Calm in Chaos series on 20 th March 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic started to impact all of us in Australia and around the world. Calm in Chaos is a virtual learning group which intends to “spread calm (rather than the virus or panic)”. In each session, Megumi creates space to step back, access calm and resourcefulness and learn from various guests. Topics have ranged from communication in anxious times, gratitude, optimism, job searching, financial uncertainty, mental health, relaxation/ meditation, systems thinking, building networks with LinkedIn, productivity, managing transitions, dealing with uncertainty, conflict/ difficult conversations on Zoom and accessing happiness and high performance and more. The sessions and recordings are set up as ‘pay if you can and found it valuable’. Everyone is welcome to watch and join the sessions for free if you cannot pay, given current circumstances.
