Notice of Election

The closing date and time for Nominations is 10th March 2022, 4.00PM

The Notice of Election was sent to voting members of The Graduate Union on 31st January, together with the January/February 2022 Newsletter, and contains information on the Call for Nominations. An Election Kit is available • by application to the Returning Officer at: Postal: PO Box 265, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149 Email: ronritchie@optusnet.com.au • from The Graduate Union office. The Election Kit contains the following essential information for any member who seeks election to Council: 1. the Nomination Form; 2. The Graduate Union Nomination and Election to Council Regulation; 3. forms for completion by the nominee to inform Members of their qualifications, experience and skills for governance; 4. declarations to be signed; and 5. other relevant information. The completed Nomination Form and other forms provided in the Election Kit should be lodged by post to the Returning Officer’s address above or by email (signed, scanned and as an attachment) to ronritchie@optusnet.com.au or placed in the ballot box at the offices of The Graduate Union. The completed Nomination Form is to be received by the Returning Officer by the stated closing date and time.

WHO WE ARE

The Graduate Union and The Graduate House are unique.

We are an association of graduates, a residential college for undergraduates and postgraduates and a graduate meeting place.

It was established 110years ago as a graduate membership association with The University of Melbourne.

60 years ago we became a residential college specifically for universitygraduates.
