Each year more than 600 graduates from all over the world reside with us to undertake post-graduate studies or research and academic collaborations. Each month over 2,000 people meet in our facilities to advance research, careers, social good and lifelong learning. We bring together graduates of all universities through membership, so that educational, professional, cultural and social networks are fostered and maintained. We promote lifelong sharing of knowledge and skills; and educational outcomes for wider public benefit through our relationships with like-minded organisations around the world who share our enthusiasm for fostering academic, career and social experiences.

Types of Membership

Individuals (graduates)

Non-resident regular

Open to graduates of universities around the world, our nonresident Members work, are in caring roles or are retired, are aged from mid-20s to early 100s and are from all fields and disciplines. Life Subscriber Offered for limited periods each year, this is for graduates who seek a lifetime membership. Life Subscriber Membership is the perfect graduation gift.

Associate Open to those who have not had the opportunity to gain a degree and who want to contribute to education and social good through our network of graduates around the world.

Resident Open to graduates of universities around the world who seek to reside in a post-graduate only college to study, undertake a sabbatical, lecture, research or other university-related activities.

Non-Resident Student Graduate Open to post-graduate students enrolled at any university in the world so that may participate in this international collegium and enjoy the career benefits that ensue.

With the Graduate Union Membership, you can enjoy the following benefits. 1. Use of Graduate House accommodation, bar and dining and meeting facilities. 2. Attend all events and functions at member’s price. 3. Use of the premises for catered meetings and functions. 4. Use of reciprocal arrangements and discounted services. 5. Vote at elections and general meetings.

Daily membership and Loyalty card

Daily Open to those seeking to access Graduate House for the day (e.g., to use the car park while attending a meeting, seminar, conference or function at Graduate House) Loyalty Card Allows access at lunchtime and dinner for meals and beverages at discounted prices.

Group/organisation member

Not-for-profit group Open to charities, not-for-profits, professional development agencies, university departments and schools, Local/State/ Federal/International Government groups, as well as alumni reunion groups, book clubs and language learning groups.

For-profit organisation Limited openings for businesses so that they can hold professional development courses, board meetings and conferences. Membership is subject to demonstration of corporate social responsibility (e.g, pro bono service).
