The operation Alexis Danan for the Office nº 66 was carried out in two phases with a total of 73 units of which 44 units are semi-collective housing. The plan of volumetric arrangement anticipates the construction of individual houses on the limits of the lot, while the central part is intended for semi-collective housing units to limit sidewalks. The South facades are occupied, all over the width by lodges (1.80 ms x 6.00 ms) equipped with sliding blinds. The 44 semi-collective apartments should have been in middle of a garden that unfortunately, now lacks trees and plants. One day, perhaps… The rough work is in concrete and is finished with one layer stucco. The great large windows of the living room and kitchens are white lacquered aluminum, while the rest of carpentry is solved with PVC. The shuttered windows are solved by PVC louvers over metal structures. The outer stairs steps are finished by IPE over the metallic structure.
La operación Alexis Danan para la Oficina nº 66 se llevó a cabo en dos fases con un total de 73 unidades de las cuales 44 unidades son apartamentos semi-colectivos. El plan de ordenación volumétrica prevé construir las viviendas individuales en los límites del solar, mientras la parte central se destina a la vivienda semi-colectiva para limitar las aceras. Las fachadas a Sur están ocupadas, a todo lo ancho por logias (1,80 m x 6,00 m) equipadas con persianas correderas. Los 44 apartamentos semi-colectivos deberían haber estado en el medio de un jardín, que desafortunadamente hoy carece de árboles y plantaciones. Un día, tal vez... La obra en bruto es de hormigón y se acaba con un revoco mono capa. Los grandes ventanales de las sala de estar y cocinas son de aluminio lacado en blanco, mientras el resto de carpintería se resuelve en PVC. Las celosías se resuelven mediante lamas en PVC sobre estructuras de metal. Las escaleras exteriores se acaban en peldaños de Ipe sobre estructura metálica.
