Our Goals

Our Academic Program

The Student-Athlete Maintaining Academic Rigor through Training (S.M.A.R.T) Program was designed to help student-athletes strengthen their academic and athletic skills through educational opportunities and training.

Designed to help parents/care providers and students develop, implement, and execute an effective plan for managing coursework and excelling academically. All parents want their students to perform well in school but many are not equipped to outline the specific steps it takes for students to shine in the classroom. With this program, GET provides services to keep students on track and help them further develop their mental capacity and intellect.

Parent Testimontial “I cannot express enough about the impact and influence that you, your brother and your organization has had in my family’s life. We are not meant to walk through this life alone and having people in my children's lives who care and support them just as much as I do is not something I take lightly. Knowing that I can reach out to you both about anything has been a priceless gift. The work that you and your brother do is needed. I thank you for your love, support, patience, commitment and selflessness that you both share.”
