1. All dairy animals must be halter broken.

2. Either grade or purebred animals may be shown in all dairy classes.

3. Only two animals may be shown in a class by an exhibitor.

ANIMAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR EXHIBITION

Polk County Fair follows all health requirements provided by the State Veterinary Office for the Missouri State Fair. These may be found at the Missouri State Fair web page www.mostatefair.com. Health papers must be obtained from a veterinarian and in the possession of the exhibitor.

SHOWMANSHIP TROPHIES will be awarded as follows:

Beginner – 6-7 years of age; Junior – 8-10 years of age; Intermediate – 11-13 years of age; Senior – 14-17 years of age; Advanced 18-21 years of age.
