Off The Cuff ~Stitching Fashion~ So I've kind of turn into obsessive about mastering the strategies of sewing a button-up collared shirt (or shirt dress!) recently. I don't mean to be frivolous, however as I feel at a complete loss for phrases concerning the current world state of affairs I'm going to go back to what I usually do right here, which is to point out you a gown I made and speak about it somewhat bit. I've ordered some dinosaur-themed cloth too, so I'm also hoping to make a costume before we go. No hate, or something, I just can never get that excited about it as a result of I don't do fancy costume. Anyway, I wore this dress yesterday nevertheless it's not what I'm running a blog about tonight. I haven't got correct blog pictures but this is one from instagram (although this dress will hopefully get a submit of its personal pretty soon). I don't love these photos - I believe the proportions of the gown are such that it's going to look better with greater heels. As I had made myself one other Bernie Dexter-ish costume from NL6020 - the Prospect Park dress - I thought it will be a probable candidate. I don't have correct blog images but here is one from instagram (although this dress will hopefully get a post of its own fairly quickly). I do not love these images - I feel the proportions of the costume are such that it will look higher with larger heels. As I had made myself one other Bernie Dexter-ish dress from NL6020 - the Prospect Park dress - I assumed it would be a likely candidate. I named this costume for a spot I spent a variety of my childhood in: Favour Royal Forest in Aughnacloy, which is the village the place I grew up. Favour Royal is out the Augher Street and the forest is open to the public, so we spent many, many Sunday afternoons on the market walking with Daddy, often with cousins or neighbours in tow.
