Registration for recreation programs, activities and rentals will be taken only in person at the Park Office or designated location. Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In all cases, registration fees must be paid in advanced of the start of the program at the time of registration. Program dates, times, and locations listed in this program guide are subject to change. Please call the Park Department Office to confirm program information, 534-2901.

Refund Information
It is our policy not to refund registration fees once a program begins, registration closes, or class capacity is met, whichever occurs first. Consideration will be given to refund requests with extreme circumstances, but is not guaranteed. Pavilion and facility rentals must be canceled at least 60 days prior to rental date, no exceptions. Ball diamond, canoe, ski and snow tube rentals are not refundable; rain dates may be rescheduled dependent on availability.
Program Cancellations
Programs will be offered unless the number enrolled falls below the minimum. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted on WNDU-TV, Channel 16. For information on programming cancellations, please call the Program Hotline at 534-3200.
Special Concerns
The Goshen Parks & Recreation Department’s programs and facilities are available to all patrons regardless of race, national origin, gender or disability. Wayne Wogoman Welcome Center
The Wayne Wogoman Welcome Center is located at Fidler Pond Park, 1424 Lincolnway East. Visit the center to view displays found locally in Goshen and rotating displays representing Goshen’s history, compliments of the Goshen Historical Museum. The center offers trail maps and information on local points of interest like where to eat, shop and play. Unique photographs and postcards are available for purchase. The Wayne Wogoman Welcome Center is open Wednesday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm. Also located on the property is a gazebo with exhibits marking its historical location along the Lincoln Highway route provided by the Lincoln Highway Association.
