MEDIA INFORMATION Coach Kieger’s Availability

Photographers

All interview requests for head coach Carolyn Kieger should be directed to Paul Marboe (prm5118@psu.edu) in the Strategic Communications Office. Coach Kieger will hold weekly press conferences during the season. A schedule is available by contacting the Strategic Communications Office. Coach Kieger will not be available on game day prior to tip-off. Postgame press conferences will be held after each game, home and away.

A photo pass must be issued to gain courtside access at the Bryce Jordan Center. Please contact Paul Marboe, one week in advance for photo passes. Courtside photographers must follow NCAA guidelines, which prohibit entry to the bench areas and stands. Photographers must remain seated at all times.

Student-Athlete Interviews All student-athlete interviews must be arranged through Paul MArboe in the Strategic Communications office at least one week in advance. Student-athletes will be available on a weekly basis throughout the season, in conjunction with head coach Carolyn Kieger’s weekly press conference. Interviews will not be granted on game day prior to tip-off. Student-athletes will return phone calls only upon clearance with the Strategic Communications Office. They may also be scheduled for one-on-one interviews in person. Student-athlete phone numbers will not be released. Following games, requested Penn State student-athletes will be brought to the postgame media interview room. The Penn State locker room is closed.

Credentials Single game and season press credentials are issued to accredited members of the working media only. Requests for credentials should be directed to Ryan Snyder. Please submit requests for game credentials at least one week in advance of each game. Press credentials can be picked up at Media Will Call, which is located at the Media/Team entrance, on the south side of the Bryce Jordan Center, across from the Panzer Lacrosse Stadium. Penn State is a member of the Big Ten Conference and all press box and game day policies will conform to Big Ten guidelines.

Radio Networks The Penn State Sports Network originates from the first row of Booth C23 in the press area. Visiting stations are provided one phone line, an Ethernet connection and one ISDN line, and are located on the first row of Booth C22 in the press area.

Press Row Seating To access the press seating area, turn left out of the media room, walk down the hallway and take the elevator to the Concourse level. Please allow several minutes when taking the elevator to press row or the media room. When leaving the elevator, turn right. The press area is at Portal 23. Final statistics and a running play-by-play will be available in the media room following the game.

Game Notes Game notes will be provided at least one day in advance of each game. Penn State, Big Ten and opposing team game notes will be available in the media suite two hours prior to each game. If you would like to receive game notes via email, please contact Paul Marboe in the Strategic Communications Office.

Penn State Sports Network

Media Parking Parking is available in the Bryce Jordan Center media lot upon request. Please contact Ryan Snyder in the Strategic Communications Office. The media lot is located on the South end of the building, across from the Panzer Lacrosse Stadium. Additional parking is available in the public lots.

For the 17th consecutive season, the Penn State Sports Network, under the direction of Learfield and WRSC-AM in State College, will broadcast every Lady Lion Basketball game, with Justin Antweil on play-by-play and Joe Putnam as color analyst.
