Journalist Nicola Elliott created her own unique aromatherapy oil blends, then turned it into a business with partner Oliver Mennell – their initials form the name. Neom is a great British brand, which offers beautiful aromatherapy products and treatments. The candles make gorgeous gifts… if you can bear to part with them. Single Spy says that after her Revive treatment, she felt her energy levels lift. “Neom candles are on my wish list every birthday, Christmas... even Easter.”

Super Spy is a big fan of Ayurveda treatments in spas but points out the strong herby scents might not be for everyone. “The philosophy is about healing and balance, but the products are also very effective.”
