7) Catalina Island The only island off of the coast of Long Beach, and closest to Los Angles, Catalina Island holds a strong reputation for offering exceptional snorkeling and the ultimate wildlife experience. Upon arriving the boat passes by a variety of colorful fish that are reflective through the crystal clear waters. The island is quite different that what one may be used to, as the most common form of transportation is a golf cart. 8) Orlando This summer enjoy one-on-one time with Mickey and Minnie as you explore the Disneyland castle and resort.
