The Waters Are Troubled

Recently, the Lord began to deal with me at work, so much so that when people were walking past me, they asked if I was okay. As I wiped my tears I answered yes. Some things I just don’t share with people when I don't think they will understand. God began to tell me that promotions were coming, and then led me to prophesy to a lady

that worked with me. I was hesitant to share because I didn’t know if she would receive it, but I knew it was God. The Bible says in Psalm 75: 6-7, “For promotion cometh neither from the East, nor from the West, nor from the South. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.”

I started off by quoting the scripture to her, and then I began to tell her thus said the Lord. I only spoke of what God told me and then I went back to work. Minutes later, she came back over in excitement and told me that she had received what I spoke to her about. Within myself, I said, God, I thank you. The Lord spoke to me and said that He was going to do things in this season that I didn't even ask him to do. He gave me a word to prophesy to His people.

There are blessings in this season that God is trying to give to His people, but He is also trying to get us in a place to receive them. In John 5:3-4, “In these lay a multitude of invalids—blind, lame, and paralyzed—waiting for the moving of the water, an angel of the Lord went down at certain seasons into the pool, and stirred the water: whoever stepped in first after the stirring of the water was healed of whatever disease he had.” The Lord wants me to say that the angels are troubling the waters, and whatever it is in your heart that you desire, ask God and watch what he does for you. This is the time to ask God because He is going to do mind-blowing things in this season. There are different levels God is going to take you to. He will restore to you the years that the Locusts have eaten. Prodigals will come home. Marriages will be restored. Financial miracles will happen. That promotion at work will happen. You will get pregnant with that baby. That husband or wife will come. Your business will start. Start asking God for the BIG things, especially while the waters are being troubled. He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the church.
