The Gonzaga Mailroom provides services that include receiving packages/mail via USPS, FEDEX and UPS as well as the same services as a US Postal sub-station, including receiving certified, insured, priority, express, first class, parcel letters and packages. In addition to receiving and shipping packages, the Mailroom sells mailing and packing materials. The Mailroom will be open during Orientation on Friday, Aug. 28 and Saturday, Aug. 29 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Normally, the Mailroom is closed on weekends during the academic year as well as on all Gonzaga University Holidays. Undergraduate students living on campus MUST have a mailbox (an MSC Box) to receive packages and mail:

Mail cannot be delivered to residence halls or apartments.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF MAILBOXES and this includes “in care of” packages due to security reasons. AVOID LONG LINES – mailbox rental is thru CashNet ONLY. You must pay for MSC Boxes on www.gonzaga.edu/mail-rental BEFORE coming to campus – deadline is Aug. 26 (we will process MSC Box rentals in person starting mid-Sept.).

Share your address with your family & friends:

Packages may be shipped beginning Aug. 1. Once you arrive on campus, come to the Crosby Center with picture ID to pick up your key and any packages.
