The Downs Golf Practice Facility Home of the Matt Mitchell Golf Academy.
This 22-acre facility features a vast array of amenities including: 45 all-Bermuda grass hitting stations and target greens with sand bunkers. The short game area includes putting green, a green for chipping and bunker practice, and a green for practicing approach shots of up to 65 yards. The fully stocked Pro Shop also offers wagering terminals for live thoroughbred racing action at Tampa Bay Downs and simulcast racing from other thoroughbred and greyhound tracks.
