In Poland this method has still been forbidden, but is becoming more and more popular in Europe, especially Scandinavia, where it is known and used over the years. The new possibilities are open in front of Vertical, such as the development of fishing electronic, which allows to direct the actions of anglers to fish for one, specified, big predator.
Dragon NANO LITE rods
Main features of Vertical: v small diameter relative to the strength; v sow weight; v X-Fast action; v progressive bend of the blank over the load, guarantees comfort tolling; v high resistance against overloadings during tolling; v high resistance against overloadings and mechanical damages. DRAGON BIG BAIT Jerk are casting rods designed to fish with large and extra-large baits– jerkbaits, pullbaits or twitchbaits. Their blanks are made only from the highest quality graphite prepregs by the Japanese Toray company.

EXPERT OPINION
Among 4 models, 2 subgroups should be mentioned. The first one is with 3 different blanks with 198 cm length and casting weights to 28, 35 and 42 g. They are two – piece , universal verticals . They are characterized by very fast action and big stiffness what gives the effect of very precise transmission of vibration of the lure. Blanks of these rods are from the connection of nanotechnology graphite mats and traditional graphites. Those first were used in the first layer, outside the Item no. name length [m] c.w. The whole project of this series was to create the rods which will be able to survive heavy load in thousands of casts, made with the baits even over 100g. When we add the aggressive way of working with the jerkbaits and fights with many big fish then our main goal was to increase the endurance of blanks against fatigue. The walls of blanks are very thick but thanks to the modern technology of production which enables very precise way of arranging the graphite mats with the usage of small amounts of resin without increasing the weight of the rods. We can state that they are very light with comparison to offered strength. The Shield Joint allows us to reduce the diameter of the tip in its lower part. The importance of x–mesh nano wrap should be mentioned here, it not only increase the endurance of the rod but also protect it against mechanical damages. BIG BAIT Jerk have fast action.
Vertical Jig 28 (27-00-198)
The fourth blank , marked with HD symbol, is the rod for the biggest and the heaviest lures. Its casting weight is on the level of 56 g, but the strength of this blank is enough to work in vertical position with the lures of over 100 g. It is one – piece blank with so called one – spine concept. The action is also very fast. We have nano mats here but only in the core of the rod.
