This is the specialist carp pole of Browning’s hugely successful 2eX-S range and has been designed for the angler who wants an extra level of strength and durability from their pole. This is a very strong pole that will easily handle large carp and heavy tackle. The Ultracarp uses the same quality carbon as other 2eX-S poles, but the important middle sections have been externally reinforced with an X weave carbon tape. In addition, the most common breakage areas near the section ends have been overwrapped to resist the cracking and breakages caused by gripping the pole too tightly, or contact damage from seatbox legs, rollers etc. Despite its supreme strength, the Ultracarp is lighter and stiffer than typical power poles in this price range. The pole is supplied with pre-bushed, large bore topkits, ready to take the largest elastics without any need for cutting. Elastic rating 20+. Supplied with one of our revolutionary Square Pole Protectors for easy and comfortable fishing – no more elbow pain!
²eX-S Power Carp A very strong specialist carp pole that will easily handle large carp or other powerful fish on the strongest tackle. All sections are specially reinforced, including a visible X carbon weave on the middle sections, to add extra levels of strength and durability. In addition, the most common breakage areas near the section ends have also been overwrapped to resist the cracking and damage caused by gripping the pole too tightly or contact with seatbox legs, rollers etc. The Powercarp pole is “ready to fish” with pre-bushed, big bore, topkits which will take the largest elastics without any further cutting back, so no wasted carbon or lost pole length. Elastic rating 20+. Available at 11.5m (pole & pole protector), with an optional upgrade pack (extension and pole protector) to extend the pole to a true 13m.

²eX-S Margin#1 The ²eX-S margin pole is 8 metres of pure power and will allow you to fish for those huge margin fish with total confidence that whatever takes your bait your ²eX-Se will not let you down! Like the longer ²eX-S Ultracarp, this is a very strong pole that will easily handle the heaviest tackle. The middle sections are externally reinforced with an X weave carbon tape. In addition, the most common breakage areas near the section ends have been overwrapped to resist the cracking and breakages caused by gripping the pole too tightly, or contact damage from seatbox legs, rollers etc. The pole is fully section compatible with all poles in the Browning ²eX-S and Xitan ranges.
