This rod with its two tips covers everything from perch to pike-perch and on to pike. MK CARP Despite their favourable price the rods have high-quality shrink-rubber handles as well as a high proportion of carbon fibre. You notice it immediately when you hold the rod in your hand for the first time: amazingly light and slender! Anyone who still has doubts will be convinced after the first cast at the very latest. Wonderful, how the blanks become charged during casting. The softer 2.5 lb rod is marvellous for smaller waters and for surface fishing. The 3 lbs. in 12” is the absolute all-rounder, and the 13” in 3.5 lbs. developed by Matze is a genuine long-distance casting machine.

MK NATURAL BAIT / MK Stellfisch Monster Baitfish rods are not necessarily there just for pike. Pike-perch like natural bait offered vertically on fine float assemblies. Matze´s new IM-8 baitfish rod has simply been extended by 1.50 m by comparison with the previous model from the IM-7 series. The bait fish can now be offered even in the face of water-lily patches or extreme stone packings, which have remained hidden from the anglers with shorter models to date. Despite its amazingly low price the rod is slim and very firm.
