Golden State ETV Consultants works with California's Injured Workers and offers programs that are an important part of the nation’s economic recovery and job creation efforts—working with employers to train workers for existing and emerging high-demand jobs. 1) To be eligible for services, an individual must: have had a work comp injury and have received a "return-to-work" voucher or paperwork from the insurance carrier 2) be able to benefit from our services in terms of an employment.
