REHAU - UMbAU UnD SAnIERUnG DES vERkAUfSbüRoS fRAnkfURT Der zweigeschossige Zweckbau aus dem Jahr 1987 wurde komplett entkernt und bis auf die tragenden bauteile zurückgebaut, das Erdgeschoss als auch die beiden bürogeschosse neu strukturiert. Dabei wurden alle Anforderungen an moderne Arbeitsplätze sowie der bedarf an Austausch und Miteinander der Mitarbeiter berücksichtigt. Die Grundrissgestaltung der Etagen ermöglichte die Umsetzung eines neuen Raumkonzepts mit offenen und weitläufigen bürostrukturen. Die neugestaltung des Erdgeschosses erzielte ein großzügiges Raumgefühl. Modernes, zeitloses Design, klare linien und formen in verbindung mit hochwertigen Materialien unterstreichen nochmals den Anspruch dieser Sanierungsmaßnahme.

REHAU – convERSIon AnD REnovATIon of fRAnkfURT SAlES offIcE The two-storey functional building dating from 1987 was gutted and reduced to its load-bearing structural components. The ground floor and both office storey were then restructured. This process fully accounted for the requirements of modern workspaces and the need for employees to communicate and interact with one another. The floor plans chosen for the storeys have enabled the implementation of a new room concept with open, spacious office structures. The redesign of the ground floor created a generously spacious atmosphere. Modern, timeless design, clear-cut lines and contours combined with high-quality materials further accentuate the ultimate aims of this renovation project.
REHAU - TRAnSfoRMATIon ET RéHAbIlITATIon DU bUREAU DE vEnTE le bâtiment fonctionnel de deux étages datant de l'année 1987 a été entièrement désaffecté et reconstruit à l'exception des éléments porteurs de la construction, le rez-de-chaussée et les deux étages de bureaux ont été restructurés. Il a été pour ce faire tenu compte de toutes les exigences imposées aux postes de travail modernes et du besoin d'échange et de rencontre des collaborateurs. la conception du plan des étages a permis l'application d'un nouveau concept d'espace avec des structures de bureau spacieuses et ouvertes. la nouvelle conception du rez-de-chaussée a créé une impression de vaste espace. Un design moderne et contemporain, des lignes et des formes épurées accompagnées de matériaux de qualité soulignent encore l'ambition de ces opérations de réhabilitation.
Das Erdgeschoss ist als offener bereich für besucher und Mitarbeiter konzipiert. Es wird vollständig als konferenz-, Schulungs-, Arbeits- und kommunikationsebene genutzt und kann sowohl für interne als auch externe veranstaltungen gebucht werden. neben einem offenen, großzügigen foyer mit Warte/loungebereich befinden sich hier Schulungs- und besprechungsräume, eine Teeküche, Aufenthaltsbereiche sowie eine Workbench mit temporären Arbeitsplätzen.
The ground floor has been designed as an open-plan area for visitors and staff. It is used to the full as a conference, training, work and communication area, and can therefore be booked both for internal and external events. Alongside an open-plan, generously sized foyer with waiting area/lounge, this floor also includes training and interview rooms plus a kitchenette, common rooms and a workbench offering temporary workspace. le rez-de-chaussée a été conçu pour servir de zone ouverte destinée aux visiteurs et au personnel et de zone de communication et de présentation. Il est entièrement utilisé comme plan de conférence, de formation, de travail et de communication et peut donc être réservé pour des manifestations aussi bien internes qu'externes. En plus d'un spacieux foyer ouvert avec une zone d'attente et de salon, il abrite des salles de formation et de conférence, de même qu'une kitchenette, des lieux de vie et une zone d'activité équipée de postes de travail temporaires.

entstanden.
Die erforderlichen Einzelbüros wurden entlang der Südfassade angeordnet und über Glas-Systemtrennwände vom Großraum abgetrennt.
All of the storeys have been turned into inviting office space with generous use of glass. The personal offices required are arranged along the south facade and separated from the large open area with glass partition walls. Une surface de bureaux ouverte et transparente a été créée à tous les étages. les indispensables bureaux individuels ont été installés le long de la façade sud et isolés du vaste espace par des cloisons systémiques en verre.
