Design Brief: Design a drone that is able to aid the construction of parallel steel beam structures using cranes such as buildings and bridges. The drone should make the process of forming these structures safer, more efficient and less costly. Group project (4 people) 3 weeks

Helped come up with the idea for our drone.

Info graphic with statistics relevant to our project.

The user would be able to have a visual view of what the drone can see through the camera on the drone on the controller’s screen.

The user would use the touch screen to select where they want to put the drone arms so the drone is stable to allow the drone to do it’s job. This is indicated as blue circles.

The cursor would appear when the user would select a point onto the screen, then this would be confirmed with a second tap. The cross would be where the drone’s fastener would line up with.
